Butta Gold All-Purpose Baking Margarine

IDEAL FOR: Biscuits • Cream Cakes • Pastries • Confectionery • Biscuit Fillings

Application: Excellent for creaming, aeration, and moisture retention in baked goods. Performs consistently in a variety of commercial applications from sponge cakes to icings.
Description: Water-in-oil emulsion made from a blend of refined, bleached, and deodorised palm oils. Cooled and tempered for a smooth, workable texture. Available in white and yellow variants.
